Every item in the shop is made-to-order specifically for you. By printing only what is purchased, we prioritize minimal textile waste and the health of the planet. Because your items are created the moment you order, it is extra important to check the sizing charts provided. While I'll do my best to get items to you as quickly as possible, please remember that custom printing takes just a bit more time than "big box" stores. Thank you for supporting a more sustainable way to shop!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Because each item in the shop is custom-printed just for you at the time of purchase, I can’t offer size exchanges or returns. To ensure you get the perfect fit, check the detailed size chart included in each product listing! A pro-tip: Grab your favorite fitting shirt from home, measure it flat, and compare it to the chart.

  • Since every piece of apparel is made-to-order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. If you do order the wrong size, send me an email at nancy@nancysmiley.com and we can work to find a solution!

  • If your item arrives damaged or there is a print error, please reach out within 21 days with a photo and I’ll will make it right immediately!

  • I am a firm believer in not creating tons of waste. Instead of mass-producing items that might sit in a warehouse, your apparel is printed specifically for you the moment you order. This 'made-to-order' process usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
